Refund/Return Policy
We understand that sometimes mistakes are made due to human error or damages, and you may find you need to return your purchase.
Please find below the terms of our refund policy.
No change of mind
We do not offer returns or refunds due to a change of mind, so please choose your purchase carefully.
Damaged or faulty goods
If you have received a book that is damaged, we will happily refund, exchange or offer a store credit. We will not accept returns for fair wear and tear, misuse of product.
Damage that qualifies:
-Tear/Rips or Cuts
-Dents or crushed edges larger than 1cm
-Ripped or bent pages that affect the text
-Production defects, such as chapters or pages missing.
Not qualified as damaged:
-Light scratches, marks or residue to the book
-Wavy pages
-Residue on the spine
-Uneven/Scratches or Bleeding on sprayed edges
You must provide evidence that the item is faulty, such as providing photos of the issue. We may require you to send the item back to us to inspect the fault ourselves before offering a refund or whichever method you would prefer.

Non-returnable items
We do not return gift cards, credit notes, change of mind or sale items.
Please be aware we do not reimburse shipping charges.
